TRAINING PHILOSOPHY Attitude is everything. We've all heard the sayings..."If you can believe it, you can achieve it" and "If you think you can or you think you can't, you're right". Having the right attitude can make great things happen. For it takes one moment to change your attitude and in that moment, you can change your life.
FAVORITE EXERCISE There's no one exercise that I can call my favorite. I find that working the entire body, strengthening the muscles as well as the cardiovascular system, is the most benificial. When you train total body, you feel whole. You feel strong. You feel empowered. Incorporating this into daily life is fitness for the mind, body and spirit.
EXPERT FOCUS I LOVE cycling and swimming, and have spent more than half of my life working to excel in these sports. When you have a passion for something, you develop an insatiable hunger for knowledge. I will never stop learning about training for these sports, or for any other sport that piques my interest.
